All three sisters work within the rooms as well as within the office to ensure they are always a familiar face to all our families and to keep us very much at the heart of our provision, Working alongside a wonderful team of staff that all bring with them a different set of skills, qualifications and character to each setting helping to maintain a lovely home from home environment for your little ones.
Tracey Ginns
Owner/Responsible person for both settings
Hi I’m Tracey. I live in Rothwell and have been in the area all my life. I have two children, one boy and one girl, three dogs and a pony. In my spare time I enjoy reading, gymnastics and enjoying time spent with my friends. As a family we spend a lot of time outdoors on long walks with the dogs.
I have worked in childcare since 2001 and qualified to level 3 in 2005. Since then I have gained a level 3 qualification in playwork which helps me to lead the play setting and initiate play led activities. I have also gained a level 3 qualification in line management which helps me to oversee the staffing teams at both settings. I am currently working towards my Level 5 in childcare and hope to finish this in 2017.
I work across both settings and have a group of key children in the over 2’s room keeping me very much a part of daily nursery life.

Owner/ Day Nursery Manager
Hello I’m Carly, I recently married in August 2016 and my husband Gavin and I live in Desborough. I enjoy spending my spare time with the family having a cosy night in front of the TV, eating out and catching up with friends. I am also part of a local Skittles team.
I have been working in childcare since 2005, qualifying in 2007 to level 3. I am currently studying to complete a level 5 qualification and I am hoping this will increase my knowledge and expertise in leading a team and providing quality learning and development experiences for the children. I also hold a level 3 qualification in Playwork which helps me within my work at the Out Of School club.
I am currently posted at the day nursery and am a key worker to a group of children within the under two’s room which makes me a very hands-on manager within the setting.
I love my work and enjoy seeing the children learn new things and develop during their time spent with us.
Carly
Louisa Panter
Owner/ Out of School Club Manager
Hi, I’m Louisa and I have been married for 5 years to my husband Hayden and we live in Desborough. We have two children aged 7 and 4 years old and they both attend a local school. I love to spend quality time with my family enjoying a lazy Sunday morning watching cartoons and going out and about camping in our tent. We also have two guinea pigs.
I have been working in childcare since 2001 and qualified to level 3 at full time collage placement prior to starting work, I remained in my first post for 8 years as a nursery officer before branching off to build on our own childcare settings and start a family. I hold a level 3 qualification in Playwork which helps me to provided excellent play opportunities for the children at the out of school club.
I currently split my time between the out of school club where I manage the day to day running of the club, and I am also a keyworker to a small group of children at the day nursery in the over 2’s room.
