The out of school club is based in Desborough and we have been open since 2007, we cater for children aged 4-11 years. The club benefits from a large inside room with a separate quiet room for which hosts a T.V and DVD Players and a games console. We free flow daily into our large secure outside space where we have access to a wide range of physical resources as well as a mud kitchen area, a grassed area and a play house.

All the staff at the club hold a relevant childcare or playwork qualification which enables us to offer a wide range of play opportunities and we use the Early Years Foundation Stage framework for our under 5’s as a guide when planning for play activities. We work with the playwork principles very much at the heart of our provision which enables the children the freedom to make choices, take risks within their play and build on their social and communication skills with a wider age range of children.

We were graded a GOOD at our last OFSTED inspection and are proud to be a much needed service for the families of Desborough and the surrounding community.
